Assistant Asset Development Officer

• Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in real estate industry
• Assisting in asset review and business planning on sales & marketing for asset disposal; conducting market research, benchmarking study and analysis on asset related issues; maintaining community relationship and asset branding
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Creative thinking, proactive attitude and strong analytical capability
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
