Assistant Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute leasing marketing and promotional activities for various sites
• Develop innovative marketing and brand management strategies for premium commercial office / retail buildings under leasing portfolio
• Monitor marketing campaign timeline with agencies for leasing marketing matters as well as regular promotions
• Co-ordinate joint promotions and sponsorship with business partners and tenants
• Liaise with tenants to develop and maintain good business relationship
• Prepare a range of marketing materials
• Manage and maintain all channels to optimize brand image and produce comprehensive social media campaigns as well as to support content planning on social media

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in public relations and marketing field
• Mature, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
• Tactful and good interpersonal skill dealing with prestige tenants
• Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Proven language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; good writing skill in English is a must
• Experience in advertising / branding agency and / or social media agent is a definite advantage
