Project Manager

• Degree in Building / Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Solid experience in prestigious office building will be an asset
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience
• Interested and determined to develop career in tenant’s work / E&M field / property handover or repair / reinstatement / renovation for leasing premises
• Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and requirements of licence application for F&B, PPE, school, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, supervision and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure
• Outdoor work is required
