Senior Credit Control Officer

• Degree holder or above
• 3 years’ working experience in banking / credit loan / legal or relevant fields
• Responsible for carrying out debt recovery actions via telephone call, email or demand letters; collaborating with solicitors if legal action is required; handling internal or external customers enquiry; posting and allocating daily payments
• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory level will be an advantage
• Sound legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Good promotion prospect
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the post of Credit Control Officer
