Assistant Surveyor

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property development valuation and tenancy administration; experience in co-ordination with consultants and contractors will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge in lands matters, development process, landlord and tenant matters
• Responsible for searching and analyzing property & market information; preparing feasibility studies; providing professional support services for development and investment projects; advising on various landlord and tenant issues; liaising with the Government on licensing, land issue and statutory orders
• Good computer knowledge
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Self-motivated and independent
