Design Officer

• Review the design submission from tenants
• Communicate with tenants and tenants’ design consultants
• Co-ordinate with leasing teams and other departments
• Carry out site inspection of tenants’ fitting out works

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural and interior design related business
• Hands-on 2D and 3D architectural draughting skill and knowledge of interior fitting out works with strong and artistic graphic sense is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD
• Well-organized, responsive and eager to learn
• Good command of English and Chinese
