Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer (Shopping Mall)

• Plan, organize and implement large-scale marketing campaigns and public relations activities for shopping malls
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, plan and execute strategic social media campaigns for shopping malls
• Assist in content management of various digital platforms
• Support marketing and promotional activities for joint malls and loyalty programs
• Liaise with tenants to develop and maintain good business relationship
• Assist in the preparation and production for a range of marketing collaterals
• Provide administrative assistance for the team

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in promotion, digital marketing or public relations in shopping malls or PR agencies
• Relevant experience in social media is a must, experience in promotion activities for retail properties and / or art and culture is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, aggressive, creative, responsible and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Requires to work / station on-site
• Work on weekends or public holidays as necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Marketing Officer
